We determine the retention period according to fixed objective criteria: Personal data are retained for the period stipulated by the applicable legislation – in particular Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting (generally 5 years), Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax (for selected documents up to 10 years from the end of the relevant tax period), and Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on Employment (copies of documents proving the legality of a foreign national's residence are retained for the duration of the cooperation and 3 years after its termination). After the statutory periods expire, the data are deleted.

We determine the retention period according to fixed objective criteria: Personal data processed for payment purposes are retained for the duration of the cooperation and subsequently for the period required by law for the archiving of accounting and tax documents – in particular Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting (generally 5 years), and Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax (for selected documents up to 10 years from the end of the relevant tax period). After these periods expire, the data are deleted.

Annex
Vehicle and driving licence data
As part of the courier registration, based on our legitimate interest we also process data relating to the driving licence (a copy of the driving licence) and data about the vehicle used for deliveries (registration plate, VIN, make, colour, number and a copy of the vehicle registration certificate), or, where applicable, data about the bicycle (make, frame colour, serial number). We process these data for the purpose of verifying eligibility to perform courier activities and assigning the means of transport to the courier, for the duration of the cooperation and for 36 months after its termination.
